MALIBU COAST MUSIC FESTIVAL

Fourth Season of Chamber Music!


This popular classical music festival has now become a Malibu tradition, and kicks off  Tuesday, August 18th with the exciting “Gala Opening Concert” at the Montgomery Arts House for Music and Architecture (MAHMA). The festival continues through Saturday, August 30th culminating in its exciting “Fantastic Festival Finale” featuring the Malibu Coast Chamber Orchestra, conducted by Scott Hosfeld.

Returning are festival favorites Andrew Shulman (Great Britain), Peter Longworth (Canada), Hal Ott (Washington), Eric Kutz (Iowa), Wendy Prober (Los Angeles), Miko Kominami (Japan), Kris Wildman (Oregon), the Malibu Coast Chamber Orchestra, the Malibu Coast Chamber Ballet, the Reptile Family (Los Angeles), the Malibu Coast Chamber Ballet, the Malibu Coast Silent Film Ensemble, Elaina Archer (Santa Monica), Hugh Munro Neely (Los Angeles), Eric Lloyd Wright (Malibu), and Michael Jordan (Malibu).
