Inaugural
Competition for Violin, Viola, Cello, and Double Bass will debut in June 2012.
Competition for Piano will debut in June 2013 and will alternate years with the
String Competition. Top Prize wins a solo concerto performance with the Malibu
Coast Chamber Orchestra and a Debut Compact Disc “featured performance” on the
Montgomery Arts House Masterworks Recording label. Initial Competitive Rounds
will be by DVD recording. Semifinal and Final Rounds will take place in Malibu,
California in front of live audiences. Repertoire and Application Guidelines TBA.

solo voice parts will debut in June 2013. Musical Theatre Vocal Competition
will debut in June 2013 and will alternate years with the Art Music
